ศาลกัมพูชา นำตัว "วีระ - ราตรี" ขึ้นศาลไต่สวนใน 3 ข้อหาอีกครั้งแล้ว โดยทั้งคู่ไม่ขอเลื่อนการอ่านคำพิพากษา ลั่นจะขอสู้ถึงที่สุด

วันนี้ (1 ก.พ.) ศาลในกรุงพนมเปญของกัมพูชา ได้นำตัว นายวีระ สมความคิด และ น.ส.ราตรี พิพัฒนาไพบูลย์ ขึ้นไต่สวนพิเศษใน 3 ข้อหา คือ เข้าเมืองผิดกฎหมาย เข้าพื้นที่ทหารโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และประมวลข้อมูลอันเป็นภัยต่อการป้องกันประเทศ หรือ จารกรรมข้อมูล ซึ่งเบื้องต้น นายวีระ และ น.ส.ราตรี ไม่ขอเลื่อนการอ่านคำพิพากษา โดยมีทนายความของกลุ่มประชาชนไทยหัวใจรักชาติ ได้นำหลักฐานเอกสาร และพยานบุคคลขอเบิกความ เพื่อเป็นพยานหักล้างข้อกล่าวหาของทางการกัมพูชา และได้ร้องขอให้มีการเปลี่ยนล่ามด้วย
ทั้งนี้ คาดว่า อาจจะต้องใช้เวลาในการพิจารณาคดีเป็นเวลานาน ขณะเดียวกัน นายวีระ ได้กล่าวกับผู้สื่อข่าวที่ไปรอทำข่าวสั้น ๆ ว่า "สบายดี จะไปต่อสู้จนถึงที่สุด"

ล่าสุด ศาลกัมพูชา ได้ทำการไต่สวน นายวีระ สมความคิด ผ่านไปแล้วกว่า 1 ชั่วโมง โดยผู้พิพากษา พยายามซักถาม นายวีระ ว่า รุกล้ำดินแดนกัพพูชาหรือไม่ แต่นายวีระได้ปฏิเสธว่า ถูกจับในดินแดนไทย โดยไม่ว่าผู้พิพากษา จะถามคำถามใด นายวีระก็จะยืนยันว่า ทุกเรื่องที่ดำเนินการอยู่ในประเทศไทย ทั้งนี้ศาล ถามว่า ได้ยินคนแถวนั้นหรือไม่ เขาพูดภาษาอะไร ซึ่ง นายวีระ ตอบว่า เห็นเขาก็พูดเหมือนคนไทยตามแนวชายแดน แถวโรงเกลือ ก็พูดอย่างนี้ ศาลถามอีกว่า ตอนเดินมาได้ทำอะไรบ้าง นายวีระ ตอบ ก็ซื้อน้ำกิน จ่ายเงินก็เป็นเงินไทย และศาลก็ถาม พกกล้องมาทำไม นายวีระ ตอบว่าเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ผมใช้ทำงาน ตรวจสอบการคอร์รัปชั่น อยู่แล้ว ผมพกตลอด

ส่วน น.ส.ราตรี พิพัฒนาไพบูลย์ นั้น ศาลได้มีการเริ่มไต่สวน เมื่อเวลา 10.09 น. ขณะที่ นายณฐพร โตประยูร และ ม.ล.วัลวิภา จรูญโรจน์ แกนนำกลุ่มประชาชนไทยหัวใจรักชาติ ทางศาลกัมพูชาอนุญาตให้เข้าเป็นพยานได้
